At the signing ceremony, the responsible person of the Organizing Committee introduced that at the 2009 China Children's Wear Design Contest site, a signing ceremony for cooperation between industry and learning was held, which was to build an innovative and creative fashion resource platform: to gather fashion resources, creative industry resources, and jointly R&D institutions, colleges and universities, importing resources for the upgrading of children's cultural industry, children's creative industry, and children's wear industry; also incubating scientific research achievements of various R&D institutions, transforming them into productive forces and becoming a driving force for the market; encouraging design university students to participate The creation of children's clothes encourages colleges and universities to train children's wear design talents, in order to strengthen the cultivation of new forces for children's culture, children's creativity and children's wear design. The children's industry is a broad area. The goal of the China Costume Designers Association's Children's Wear Development Center is to take the lead in experimenting with the "Foshan Children's Wear" and strive to build one on the basis of children's wear to integrate the peripheral industries and the children's cultural industry. Children's creative industries have an organic combination of industry extensions; they have achieved industrial upgrading, brand upgrading, and comprehensive benefit upgrades.
