How to complete an order?
1. Please email us your image file and all the details about your design, like size, colors, material(rhinestone, rhinestud, nailhead)
2. Please allow our art department 1 or 2 business days to "draw" your image into rhinestones.
3. We will then email you the image along with a quote for the cost of transfers.
4. Proforma Invoice will be made after you approved the design and price, delivery time, etc.
5. We will arrange your order by sequence after payment confirmed. First come, first served.
6. We will tell you the DHL (or FedEx, UPS, EMS) tracking number when goods are shipped out.
How to apply a rhinestone transfer?
1. Take off the protective foil from the tape.
2. Place the transfer motif on the required position of the cloth.
3. Lay an ironing fabric on the top of the motif and close the heat press. Required application time is completed, release the press.
4. Turn inside out then press once again.
5. Remove the sticker from the cloth after cooling.
6. Turn inside for wash and set dryer on low to dry.
