A: You may contact our customer service, we will send sample after you pay the sample fee. If you have an order for us, the fee can be refunded. If there is no order, the sample fee will be refunded to you when you send the sample back to us, the shipping fee is paid by you.
Q:Accept cash on delivery(COD)or not?
A:Sorry, we don't accept COD. We have many customers from many countries and deal with many orders every day, so we use 30%T/T as deposit to confirm order, 70% paid against B/L copy.
